Alcoba was born out of a deep passion for (vintage) tractors, a background in the metalworking industry, and a bit of serendipity. We like to call it turning your hobby into your work. High-quality materials, craftsmanship, and perfectionism drive us to create a beautiful product tailored to your specific needs as a customer.

We primarily work on a project basis. As a customer, you can customize and order the product you want directly in our online store. Having trouble figuring it out? You can also place an order via email. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get to work on it right away. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order. When we begin working on your order, we’ll send you an invoice. This must be paid in advance. As soon as the product is ready, we will schedule the shipment and send you an email with a link to track the shipment.
Alcoba specializes in custom solutions. Whether it’s modifying one of our existing products or designing and manufacturing a completely new product, we can help you explore a wide range of options. Ask us about the possibilities—we’d be happy to work with you to find the best solution.
My name is Arjan Ligterink (1981). After working in the metal industry for an employer for many years, I started my own business. In the evenings and on Saturdays, I began making simple exhaust pipes for tractors.
ALCOBA has since grown into a general partnership. Together with my wife, I work on creating fine examples of craftsmanship. I focus primarily on sales and production, always striving for perfection and expanding our product range.
My name is Sarah Ligterink-Buss (born in 1986). Together with my husband Arjan, I run this wonderful, growing business. It’s completely different from what I studied in my younger years, but it’s definitely worth it.
I mainly handle the bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and purchasing. But you’ll also find me in the workshop on a regular basis.
